Thank you for placing a reservation for a Candela P-12. By making your reservation, you have secured the approximate priority for ordering your Candela P-12. The timing of your order may depend on development, manufacturing, and production schedules, among other factors. By submitting your reservation through our website, you agree that these terms and conditions apply to your reservation.
Your reservation becomes effective when we receive your reservation payment of EUR 5,000. The reservation payment will be made through the external service provider Stripe where you will have the option to choose from different payment methods. For the avoidance of doubt, the reservation payment does not constitute a deposit and/or partial prepayment of the vessel. If you proceed to an order of the vessel as described in Section 3, we will apply your reservation payment towards the first instalment of the vessel’s purchase price.
The reservation payment is refundable in accordance with the cancellation terms set out in section 4 below.
While this reservation secures your approximate order priority, it does not constitute a purchase or order of a Candela vessel. Your reservation provides you with the following exclusive benefits:
A dedicated Candela representative will initiate the execution of steps a) to d) by contacting you within two weeks of your reservation date.
Following the completion of these initial steps, if both Candela and you agree to move forward, we will present you with a draft purchase agreement. This document will detail the purchase price of the vessel, preliminary product specification, terms of purchase, and an estimated delivery timeline for your review.
Until you enter into a purchase agreement, your reservation may be cancelled at any time, in which case you will receive a full refund of your reservation payment no later than thirty (30) days from the date of Candela’s receipt of your cancellation. Candela will not accept any requests to refund the reservation payment to a third-party.
You understand that we will not hold your reservation payment separately or in an escrow or trust fund or pay any interest on your reservation payment.
To clarify, the right to cancel the reservation expires in the event you enter into a purchase agreement regarding the vessel with Candela.
Please note that individuals being consumers may also cancel the reservation by submitting a completed model withdrawal form provided by the Swedish Consumer Agency (which is found here) to Candela HQ at the address provided on our website. For the avoidance of doubt, it is not mandatory to use the model withdrawal form provided by the Swedish Consumer Agency when exercising the right to cancel the reservation under these terms.
You understand that your reservation is not transferable or assignable to any other party without the prior written approval of Candela.
The information required for your reservation, such as your name, e-mail address and country, and any other information subsequently required to process your reservation, as applicable, will be processed by Candela as data controller in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (2016/679) and applicable supplemental national data protection laws.

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Sweden (excluding the international sale of goods act). Any disputes pertaining to these terms and conditions will be exclusively referred to the district court of Stockholm, as the court of first instance.
Please note that individuals being consumers may also file possible claims against Candela before the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN).
